The FFI Hotel Franchisee Legal Center is the voice for Hotel Franchisee Small Business owners at both local and national. Simply, we educate Hotel Franchisees Small Business owners on the complexity of franchising. Very often the hotel owners are left with choices they cannot afford. In many cases, their legal rights are suppressed by the heavy-handed approach of franchisors. We connect hotel owners with helpful legal resources for their legal issues.
FFI's goal is to create a fair and balanced legal business environment and make hotel franchising more sustainable.
The primary objective of Legal Center is to advocate, educate and assist Hotel Franchisee Small Business owners. Importantly, we focus on member legal issues that impact many hotel owners and file amicus (“friend-of-the-court”) briefs in precedent-setting cases. That means we go to court only in those cases that may impact multiple Hotel Franchisee Small Business owners.
FFI legal center is run by FFI legal committee. The legal committee is primarily composed of experienced franchise attorneys.
The Legal Center cannot offer legal advice, but we can help to find legal resources and help point you in the right direction to receive necessary legal help. If you have a question, a story of the franchisor abuse of a small business hotel owner, or a precedent-setting case, please give us a call.
In order for the FFI Hotel Franchisee Legal Center to enter more cases and develop more pro-franchisee small-business legal tools, we need your help.
